SecureDrop is a free service to send files using client-side encryption. It relies on the same internal technology used for our SecureShare product. The encryption and decryption of the file is performed in the browser using AES256-GCM, and the data is available for a limited amount of downloads during a 24h window. After the limit of downloads is reached or the time limit is reached, the encrypted file is removed from the servers.
